I never got around to posting this last year so I thought I’d use my new venue to show it off. I nabbed this tray from an American Cancer Society store in a high-class neighborhood while I was killing some time down there. (Don’t ask my what I was doing “killing time”, much less in high-class digs. I can’t imagine just having the opportunity to wander around aimlessly without a time clock over my head. I have yet to remember my purpose that day).
Nevertheless, I found myself wandering through that store and spotted this tray (a hideous green, I will not lie). I’m sort of obsessed with trays but only when they are bright and brilliant and look like they’ve come from a chic establishment. For $7 (plus a “surprise” coupon from the counter – an extra 20% off), I figured I could bring it to “tray” chic in no time.
With a coat of primer and a few coats of paint, it fits right into my decor now.
